Densei-Lambda Announces Senior Management Changes
TOKYO, April 26, 2001 - Densei-Lambda K. K. (TSE 1st Section, 6917), a leading manufacturer of power systems, announced senior management changes following its board of directors meeting today.
Administration division manager and current director Masami Kobashi becomes a managing director as of April 26, 2001, and CFO and finance division manager Tadao Tsuya is nominated as a director, subject to shareholder approval at the next annual general shareholders meeting to be held on June 26, 2001.
The board also approved the appointment of two new executive officers, Makoto Niiro and Hiromi Sano. Mr. Niiro is currently a quality assurance division manager, while Mr. Sano is a procurement logistics division manager.
Additionally, the resignation of representative director and COO John Breckenridge, announced on April 9, 2001, was formally accepted at the meeting.
