Densei-Lambda K.K. Announces Personnel Change
TOKYO,
April 9, 2001 -Densei-Lambda K.K. (TSE:
6917), a leading manufacturer of
power systems, today announced that
representative director and COO John
Breckenridge will leave the firm on April 26, 2001 to take up a position
in the
investment banking industry.
Takeo Suzuki, President of Densei-Lambda, said: "It
has been a pleasure working with
John, and we wish him well as he takes on new challenges. He has provided
valuable
support as Densei-Lambda achieved its strategic objectives of refocusing
its core
businesses and pursuing long-term growth."
Going forward, Densei-Lambda does
not plan to appoint a new COO, as the firm has
satisfied its primary restructuring objectives and has also broadened
managerial
responsibility among its directors.
